She has made high-profile appearances on various shows, including the Sherri Shepherd Show in 2024, 2023 E! Channel Celebrity Game Face hosted by Kevin Hart, the 2018 Comedy Central network series "This Is Not Happening" hosted by Roy Wood, Jr., Showtime's "Comics Without Borders," "1st Amendment Stand-Up Comedy," and "Comics Unleashed." Her comedy has gained viral popularity. In 2021, she launched her live DIY podcast called "Tight'nUpTuesdaze" on the NAACP Image Award- winning Podcast Youtube/TwoFunnyMamas, hosted by Sherri Shepherd and Kym Whitley. Originally from St. Louis and currently residing in Philadelphia, B-Phlat is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She developed her wit at an early age but was not considered a "class clown." In 1992, she moved to Philadelphia for graduate studies at Drexel University, where her friends signed her up for a talent show that launched her comedy career. When she is not entertaining audiences on screen or on the road, B-Phlat dedicates herself to her Tight'nUpTuesdaze B-Casso Nation.
